Doesn't fit as well as I would like

The Thunderbolt connector has a tendency to come loose unless you position it properly and place the ethernet connector on a surface . If the connector dangles, its weight is enough to break the connection to the computer. If you work around these difficulties (I have), it works great, but I'd like to get something that doesn't require as much care to wire up.
