I've been using disposable peppermills (like the McCormick "Disposable" peppermill) for a while. I refilled it with the last one I used, but by the end of the second batch the grinder seemed to slow down a lot and didn't really bring out much pepper. I decided to just buy a real reusable one like this and I'm very glad I did. Firstly, this pepper mill produces a lot of pepper very quickly, which is great! A few seconds with this is like a few seconds with a McCormick pepper mill. The shape of this pepper mill is very comfortable to hold and since the part that rotates while grinding is on the opposite side of the pepper outlet, you will not have pepper on your hands when they are wet (this was very common when using by McCormick's). This product looks very aesthetic and fits well on the table! It doesn't cost any money, but it's really cheap. but it's worth it just to get enough pepper on your food when cooking! You'll also likely recoup the cost in the end since you don't have to constantly buy disposable pepper grinders!
