If you've bought these pads from various local hardware stores like me, you know you can only buy small packs at a prohibitive price. Priced and you only get two of each grit per pack. It's a ridiculous and expensive way to get some 100 grit pads. I would say that whole pack of 60 pads costs me the same as two multipacks of 6 at the hardware store. Delivery included. I needed lots of shims to remove old finishes and mold from the very ends of the decking where they come in contact with painted surfaces like siding (to fix some contractor mistakes). That's a big deck. I need at least 10 of those hardware store kits designed to get people wet with that signature multi-tool. Stupidly expensive Durability: good. This is a grinding wheel. I'm not sure how you can measure the durability of something that depends so much on the skill of the user and the machine it's connected to. The pads seem to last a reasonable amount of time - my 4 stars because I figured they might wear out a little quicker than I expected. They've definitely lasted as long as these two expensive private label brands. If I keep sanding parts and run out of the right size grit I will definitely buy them again. Excellent goods.
