Review on UX Sniff by Darrin Lucas

I like how it helps me understand my users better by identifying their needs, pain points (if any). It also gives insights into what they do online - whether its shopping or socializing- which is really valuable in terms of understanding our target audience at large. The only thing i dislike about ux sniff so far would be lack of customization options to customize reports as per business/company's requirement but still this shouldn't stop us from using such amazing product since we can always use them according to need. This tool has helped us identify problems within the site and work towards solving those issues. Its been very good till now. We have seen some improvement after implementing these recommendations made by ux sniff team members.We are happy working together! Our customers love having access to great products and services through Amazon Marketplace. However, many new visitors find navigating our marketplace confusing because there isn’t enough information available on each item page.
