Not recommended

Battery and brightness are good. The main problem is that there is no barrier between the light and your head to stop the heat of the light. After 3 minutes you will feel the heat. You will start sweating all the time. This product needs a better buffer between the light and your forehead. The adhesive that holds the headlight to the silicone is then removed. If you work outdoors in the winter, this might be a good buy. But not in summer.
