Too wide for a child.
I ordered 2 packs. They both came in a box from a supplier but one of the plastic bags in the box was torn and 2 balls were missing. This means that they were placed in an already damaged box. Bought for my 2 year old (35" 28lbs) and my 5 year old (42" and 35lbs) and they are too big. And not just too long (which doesn't really matter because you can cut them off), but insanely wide. Even wider than our adult Disney ponchos. They are in no way scaled to be child-friendly. Too far. We won't use them.
