Review on 👓 Sony TDG-BR50/P Youth Size 3D Active Glasses in Pink - Fun and Stylish Eyewear for Enhanced 3D Viewing by Jason Melvin

Not only do they offer great 3D performance, but our 3 year old daughter will wear them too. The first was a rudimentary technical matter, the second rather vague. Our daughter stubbornly refused to carry things in front of her. When we bought a new TV we were told that only adult glasses (black) were available. It was from a Best Buy employee who works in the video department. We brought two home and as expected they were too big and Teddy wouldn't even let them near his face. A quick internet search revealed youth size glasses in 3 colors (pink, blue and black). I have confirmed their compatibility with our TV and bought them in pink. When they arrived, we opened the box, turned it on, Teddy said these were her new pair of sunglasses for the TV and she happily put them on and watched Rapunzel: Tangled in 3D! Hooray! We bought this with our Sony 3D TV. This is one of the recommended 3D active glasses. These glasses are a good size for ours, admittedly big for her 3 year old. She has plenty of room to grow. They appear flexible and durable. Teddy says they are comfortable to wear (just like the adult size we bought). So much so that we need to ensure they are not used as external sunglasses. My only complaint about the product is the price which was better thanks to Revain. 3D Blu-ray players are cheaper than 2 pairs of glasses. While I understand why Sony is doing this, I feel that they take advantage of their customers. Although we have 3 compatible Sony glasses, we will need more if we want to share the 3D experience with the company. That cost alone will steer our next 3D TV purchase back to Sony rather than the added expense of buying compatible glasses from other manufacturers. A great, albeit expensive, product.
