I like that it is easy for my team members (and me) who are not tech-savvy, so they can use this software without having any IT knowledge or support from our systems administrator! The system does crash sometimes but we have been able fix those issues quickly with their customer service department's assistance when needed - which has helped us stay in business during these tough times!! We had used another vendor before using ODS; however after trying them out there was no going back because of how much easier everything became once all staff were trained together within one platform.
