Review on EASYCEL Aluminum HDMI to Component Converter with Scaler Function - 1080P HDMI to YPbPr, RGB 5RCA Scaler Converter - HDMI Input to Component YPbPr Output by Rudolph Mceachern

I have updated my cable boxes and found that the new boxes do not support analog. I have a few more TVs that I needed an analog (component) input on, so I gave this set top box a try after reading the reviews. The first is an old plasma 720r. For this box works very well. My other is a not-so-old 1080p TV that only has one HDMI and 2 component inputs (I have two devices connected to it). I was trying to use this device to feed my 1080p Roku box with my TV's component input. I get a picture but it's awful. The image is overscanned, the colors are very saturated, the colors are washed out. I pressed the button to try different resolutions, but nothing was satisfied. Luckily I only bought one box to try out, so I'll probably keep it for the 720p set and keep looking for something that actually works at 1080p as advertised. It's not like this.
