I have been using a trio (shampoo, deep conditioner, leave in conditioner) every day for 8 years and it has left my hair beautiful, long, healthy and strong. The top right photo of the collage was taken in 2010, around the time I started using the product. I still use the Trio and nothing else (although I've switched to sulfate-free shampoo). Use it every day and don't heat your hair (I straighten my hair at most once every two years and the last time some of my strands didn't frizz! Never again!)
