Easy to use, intuitive design layout; very user friendly for both patients as well as providers. The service is always there when you need them. I love that they are constantly upgrading their products - it's so important in this day of technology! There really isn't anything specific about In touch Emr at all except how great customer support has been over time. We have found everything we've needed from an easy interface/user experience through patient portals into our practice management system (EHR). It gives us peace of mind knowing our records will be accessible where ever someone needs access too or if something happens between appointments.
