Not strong enough, best in serving utensils

Silicone is a great idea for a rice spoon, but two things stand in the way of perfection. First, the actual part of the shovel isn't strong enough, and the surface needs to be indented (like a golf ball) to allow the rice to separate easily.

Pros

WIDE APPLICATION: Very suitable for mashed potatoes, sushi rice and super sticky sweet rice, scrambled eggs, cheese, sticky bread pudding and other sticky foods. Easy to stir, mix and cook Rice won't stick or scratch other dishes
