I love that we can use this platform as an online resource center or library where our members have access to resources like books/eBooks with scripture references which is very helpful if you're looking up something specific! It's easy enough so anyone who wants help setting it up could do it themselves within about 20 minutes (if they were using their own computer). If there are any issues come out quickly because of how important accessibility is when serving those living outside of town limits. We started off by implementing many different programs such as bible studies & prayer groups but soon realized CCB was more capable than what my staff had previously used at another organization before us. The most beneficial feature has been being able to give every member multiple options during check ins instead of having to choose one activity per week only allowing time constraints to dictate attendance - especially.
