Review on Efficient And Precise: Mgtgbao 8PCS Green Diamond Drill Bits Set For Granite, Marble, Tile, And Glass by Patrick Mccall

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Surprisingly good in my review

I didn't expect these to work near as well as they did. As always with non centering bits, start on an angle and roll in if you don't have a fixed setup like a drill press. All I've done so far is put holes in 2 glazed ceramic dishes (I turned them into planters) but the cutting power really suprised me. (Stone and ceramic doesn't cut like wood so be patient and go slow.) I tried the first hole dry and , tho I did lose a couple diamonds off the tip, they were able to fairly quickly finish the hole with minimal blowout on the other side. I used a fresh bit for the 2nd hole and cut with water and it seemed to do slightly better as the powder didn't pack around the diamonds and slow the cut, but both times the hole was smooth and clean on the cutting side with minimal blowout on the exiting side.I'm very pleased with these and would solidly reccomend them for stone drilling as well as tile drilling. Use water when you can as it'll prevent the bits from wearing as fast.
