I wish I knew how much money I've wasted buying 3M filters from Home Depot over the years. These filters are as good if not better than the 3M filters and are literally half the price. The box they come in is the box you should keep them in. The date of the last filter change was stamped on the side. I put the dirty ones back in the box and when all 6 are gone I just toss the box in the trash. I started using medical filters because my roommate has severe asthma and allergies. When I switched to these filters she noticed a difference, sneezing and coughing less. Stop buying overpriced filters at the grocery store, Lowe's and Home Depot and start buying them. You won't regret it and your wallet will thank you.
