I ordered the same part for a similar car several years ago and have had no problems. It was a complete train wreck! When I opened the box, I noticed that the packaging was open. The needle was missing. The link was completely blocked and wouldn't budge. The neoprene boot has been compressed on one side. Upon closer inspection, I saw that there was also a nick and/or hole in the boot that was leaking grease. There were traces of a key on the fastening nut. The label inside the box says it was made in Indonesia. I personally believe that someone else's returned garbage was sent to me! If it was new then I think Moog has serious quality control issues. I am beyond nervous as to what they will send as a replacement. If you buy one of these, make sure you do a thorough inspection before installing it. I took some photos for reference.
