I would have given 5 stars but the boot was damaged and cut when grease was added before installation. Definitely a replacement.

This ball joint on the driver's side was completely wrong, no bolts, cotter pins, no grease valve installed. Must reorder. I'm not sure if I'm getting the right part 🤬

I ordered the 2nd set of rubber balls and the lubricant seeped through the hole. Completely new and defective. very disappointing. and I had Moog on all my machines. Rather go to the OEM.

I suspect this seller is selling a bin of parts. and had a controlled lubricant leak. Both 502s had defective oil boot breaks which rendered them completely unserviceable. Vendor needs to be removed by Revain - unacceptable. These are low quality Moog parts.

Let me first say that I'm a huge Moog fan, I've always preferred Moog to other brands. Having said that, I think this seller is trying to get rid of defective or counterfeit Moog parts because I had to replace these ball joints within 300 miles of smooth road (one side was replaced twice with the same item from the same seller). I should have known better because before installation and after lots of greasing they were pretty jagged and stiff compared to the brand new OEMs I ended up replacing…

I ordered a ball joint for passenger side and driver side. One of the kits was missing bolts, nuts or locking pins. I have no idea how that happened, but without those details, this $40 unit is invalid. The other came with an oiler already installed and apparently lubricated. I don't know why, but there are clear differences in how these parts arrived. My only conclusion is that they have been open before. Moog is the best and the units are well maintained but there is foul play in that!

I ordered the same part for a similar car several years ago and have had no problems. It was a complete train wreck! When I opened the box, I noticed that the packaging was open. The needle was missing. The link was completely blocked and wouldn't budge. The neoprene boot has been compressed on one side.
