We bought a set of Greenpans with Thermolon or something and they were terrible. Food stuck to the pan from the first use and the pan turned black. They were also badly discolored and looked awful after only 8 months. Trust me we followed the "T" instructions and it still didn't work. Scanpans are more expensive but worth every penny. I don't think we will ever go back to another nonstick pan. If you're looking for a true non-stick pan, give this one a try. We wanted to pay the same for all the clothes we wore, but we have a gas stove and didn't want to look at the faded pots.
