Less messy than my old way of storing bacon grease
I used to pour the leftover bacon into a coffee mug and then cover it with foil. It could get dirty, and burned bits of meat or crusty particles got through the fat. I was delighted to see this dainty pot with strainer and lid. It is very important! no complaints from my side!
