Too smart alone (and too blue and too trendy)

This clock radio has a good tuner and seems to have a few other nice features, but there are also some pretty nasty downsides: 1 ) Blue numbers? I know blue LEDs are very trendy, but for an alarm clock, that's a terrible idea. They are difficult to focus in the dark, distort circadian rhythms, and are too bright even in the darkest state in a completely dark room. Red. Numbers should be red. 2) The brightness can only be changed when no music is playing. Not a big deal, but considering it's easy to accidentally change the brightness, it's frustrating that it's a little difficult to fix. 3) The alarm clock is ringing, an interesting radio show is starting and you want to turn up the volume. . just right? Just press the volume up button. nope This button does not work when the radio is playing from the alarm settings. You have to turn the radio off, then turn it back on and *then* you can change the volume. The volume buttons are also quite difficult to press - you have to place a couple of fingers on the back of the radio before you can press them. It would be nice if the touch buttons were brighter. So change the color of the numbers and make sure they are dark enough and allow the volume of the radio to change that wakes you up and then you have a good radio. Slight corrections. Let me know when you make them.
