Review on TPI Band Blade Cutting Tools by Timber Wolf by Justin Herman

Blade cuts great and fits except. When I cut a piece about 2 cm thick, it's quiet and cuts well. When I cut a thicker piece, there is a noticeable "pop" with every revolution of the blade. I suspect it is a welded joint. The joint is very smooth on one side but has a slight roughness on the other side. All my other much cheaper blades are very quiet. I have a factory blade from WEN and Bosch blades. This is my first low tooth blade got great reviews on how to cut thicker work. My saw can cut up to 6 inches, but I haven't tried it on anything wider than 4 inches. They try to polish it but for the money I expected better quality from a blade with such a high rating.
