Don't be afraid to apply some pressure 😄

Fits perfectly on my Garmin Forerunner 45 and is much more comfortable than the original silicone strap. When buying a Garmin watch, you should choose an option with a nylon strap. Other reviewers had trouble adjusting the strap, I had no trouble. It takes some pressure to line up the screw holes, but it ensures a snug fit. I also only reused the originally installed screws because they still had some blue threadlocker on them.
