We use only filtered water and 10 years of work without complaints. Do not leave water in it, otherwise it will form a plaque on the walls of the tank. Sometimes the silicone valve in the tank starts to leak (punishes a little, because I collect filtered water in the kitchen into the tank and carry it to the bath) it is treated very easily - I take out the valve, rinse it under warm water and install it again, and everything works! The parents' hose burst after 7 years of use, they bought a new hose at the representative's office along with a handle and replaced it themselves at home in a couple of minutes.
