Works great so far on my MacBook Pro (Early 2011). It originally came with 4GB of storage, and with the latest macOS update, my computer got so slow I couldn't do anything with it. Every mouse click was a real agony. My computer's resources were completely exhausted. I upgraded my MBP with new 16GB memory along with a new SSD. There are no installation problems. Just watch some videos online because it's very easy to do it yourself. You just need to make sure you have a decent set of mini screwdrivers to remove the back panel. What a difference with the combination of more memory and a new SSD. Now it looks like a new computer. Brought new life to my Mac and I feel like I can squeeze another 2-3 years out of it before I have to buy a new computer.
