Wow. Great item best in stairs

Bought not knowing much after reading other bad comments. Of course without fastening material. The manufacturer doesn't know if you're attaching it to concrete, metal, wood, or fiberglass. Me? Wooden float so I need to buy screws and washers for the wood. No problem as I no longer have any hardware that I can't use and I don't incur any additional costs. Smart move. The device is solid. difficult conditions. Needed to be held together under my 250lb fat body for years and worn down by me and my grandkids while we play king of the raft. I've always gained that little 60 pounds. A durable choice lovingly replacing a 25 year old aluminum and plastic pool ladder that constantly makes noise from the waves. No more squeaking and buckling of plastic on aluminum tubing. Hooray! And we love that it folds up on a float for winter storage. No more disconnecting and trying to figure out where to save it. It's a bit heavy, but you can lift it up with a rope. I'm glad we bought this gem. Cannonballs, here we are.
