I bought two of them, one broke after 4-5 months (the lock got stuck and wouldn't open. Nobody touched it), which put me in a difficult position. I had to use a hacksaw to free my scooter. I hope the second one doesn't do it too at some point. Unreliable. === UPDATE === Contacted the seller and he informed me of a known defect in early models that has since been fixed. They quickly sent a replacement lock. Excellent customer service, I am satisfied with the solution.
