Works great, gives me a little rash personally.

They are the same as the straps that come with the watch. This band is a little stiffer but shows no signs of tearing, tearing, etc. My only problem with watch straps is that when I wear them to sports I get a rash and I sweat, underneath the band. Maybe this is my own problem, but something still worth mentioning.
