Defective after three weeks

**UPDATE We have returned the system. It took several hours to get replies to emails. I received an email saying I would be receiving another email "soon" with instructions on how to return the camera. I asked if they would send a replacement camera. Four hours later I received no reply, no letter to return the defective camera. I called. I received a message that all agents are busy. There is no way to keep. Called again and found a real estate agent. I told them that I wasn't very happy that I hadn't shot the camera for a couple of weeks because of the new system that had only been installed for three weeks. They offered me to buy another camera and refund the money when the other camera arrives. I didn't bother with these options when I paid $500 just a month ago. We removed everything and returned the entire system. We bought this product from Revain a month ago. It was delivered directly to us by Defender. Just three weeks after installation, one of the cameras started flickering. The next morning it was dark. Our only option from Revain is to remove and return the entire system. I contacted the defense attorney directly. They told me they needed proof of purchase which I found odd when they sent it to me but according to customer service they don't have access to the documentation. They will replace the camera but I have to send it back first which sounds like I'll be without a camera for a few weeks. We decide to return the camera or the entire system. Good that the system shows a good picture. The system is easy to use and set up. However, not impressed that the camera fails after three weeks. Motion recognizes all movements, e.g. B. a waving flag or the rustling of trees.
