Not only is this an OE replacement, it is identical except for the winged shield logo and DK stamp on the pressure plate. The only thing missing from the new part was the Honda part number stamped on the original. Dakin's parent company supplies Japanese manufacturers, so this is a perfect replacement for the original clutch in my 02 RSX Type-S. Driven almost 1000 km with the clutch, NO problems. No rattling, no grip, nothing. The car is exactly as I bought it from the dealer in August 2001. Five years and 30,000 miles later it still works great.
