I bought this coat for my 9 year old son and he fell in love with the colors of this coat so we ordered the coat a size 18 because it is quite large for his age and than me saw the coat it was instantly seemed small. The poor man tried on a coat and it turned out to be small and his size is usually 14/16. And I think size 18 would be a great option for this season and maybe next year. Yes I was wrong I would not recommend this item unless you have young children and even then I would say go 2 sizes larger than what your child is wearing. A size 18 is more like a size 8/10, no kidding. So disappointed but you get what you pay for, cheap price = cheap quality
