I bought this case to carry a few cans of essential meds (Tylenol, Tooms, Sudafed etc) on short trips without taking up much space or require me to carry bottles of drugs with me. It works great for my purpose. None of the bottles were cracked or broken, the caps stayed on and I had no issues with the zipper closing the case. The case itself is strong enough that you won't break any of the plastic containers if you drop it or drop anything on it. Hold 2-8 doses of the vast majority of OTC medications. For sizing reference, the top, which is not pictured, is large enough to hold a smaller ziplock bag of Afrin, Flonase and Sinex nasal spray (because as you can see from my other labels, allergies are a little dangerous). problem for me). Overall this product did what I needed, seems durable and for the price it was a great purchase. I will probably order it again so I have an extra suitcase for my car.
