Great for my large deck blinds.
Excellent and strong (also comes with spring loaded hinge and deadbolt) for my large gate where I was concerned that children would stand or hang on the regular hinges and bend them. The weight of the gate must be taken into account during assembly. On the first try I put blocks of wood and spacers under the gate to make holes, but then after I removed the blocks the gate moved down about 1/2 inch under the action of the spring. I had to move the holes to accommodate this deflection so the gate latch would close properly, but I was able to hide the new holes behind the bracket to keep it working well.
