I'm not sure who the design or QC person is that put this package together, but they clearly haven't ever tried actually installing these grills in real world application. The screw heads that are included in the kit are too small and many of them actually go right through the screw holes on the grill rendering them useless. Fortunately for my builds, the case manufacturer included screws in the kit so I was able to use those and finish my builds.Either don't include the screws and knock some cost off the kit, or include screws that actually work with your grills.
