Great, so far. on my review.

This is the first time I bought a spare laptop battery. I never did so in the past because I'm very cautious of third party batteries. You don't really know what you'll get, how long will it last, will it be worth the money, will it explode, etc.I've now used this battery for little over a week, which is nothing really but so far I'm happy with the purchase.I'm using the battery with a Lenovo T560 and using Power Manager 6 software to view battery details.Battery statistics on first use:Came charged at 50%.Full charge capacity: 56.06 WhCycle count: 2Manufacturer name: SANYOManufacture date: 2021-04-08Design capacity: 56.16 WhThe manufacturer recommends discharging the batter to 7% and recharging to 100%, repeating this procedure three times.I've now completed this procedure and collected some details. After first discharge and recharge "full charge capacity" was reported as 55.44 Wh.2nd recharge 55.64 Wh and after 3rd recharge 54.78 Wh.This puts my battery at 5 cycle count. My original battery charge capacity was halved after many years and 1823 cycles.I will compare this battery to my original one.If the battery deteriorates at an unsatisfactory rate, I will update this review (if I can). One oddity I've noticed is that the battery temperature is always reported as 25C. I have never seen the number change. The temperature of the built in battery and my old battery was changing. Perhaps the temperature sensor is not working, maybe not even present, but the battery never got warm to touch so perhaps it is always at 25C. Anyway, as long as the battery is not warm to touch I don't really mind if the sensor is not even present.

Pros
  • High-quality replacement to ensure reliability and durability
Cons
  • Slow charging times
