I'm not sure how this could get a rating above one star and I'm not even sure it deserves one star. We knew we were going to get a cheap rack that would probably only last a couple of rides, but little did we know that it wouldn't even work for one ride. First, it came with defective parts as well as extra parts that are useless. as another reviewer noted. Directions don't make sense, so don't rely on them. It's just super cheap - all the straps are plastic and break instantly. It's really not worth saving a few bucks. As you can see in this picture we were able to secure the bikes to our truck in one trip using the ratchets, but unfortunately our truck and bikes are now damaged. Just avoid this rubbish at all costs! return as soon as possible.
