Review on 🚣 Enhanced YakAttack GT175 Gen II GearTrac: Heavy-Duty Kayak Mount Track by William Stewart

This item is a big improvement on the tracks on my Old Town Predator PDL kayak. I highly recommend them. The built-in boards that came with the kayak did not allow for the use of double-T brackets to attach heavy poles. These rails, bolted to the top of the board, greatly improved strength and allowed the full length of the rail to be used. The only downside for me was that it comes with small screws for attachment. While this may be fine, I was better off buying #10 1 1/4 long bolts with washers and nuts. Since there are 16 holes and I had 2, I had to spend a little money to get everything right. I find them a bit pricey, but a very worthwhile purchase in the long run.
