The black case material is NOT glossy and therefore will not show fingerprints. It has a matte finish in a plastic case. Model: eBAU108-11. Made in China (like 99% of CD/DVD drives). The CD tray slides out 100% the size of a CD, so you can load it east (good). Manufactured August 2020. USB cable included. Don't worry about the bundled software on the CD. The performance meets your expectations. I ripped the CD at "maximum" speed and it took 7 minutes (two passes, zero errors) to rip a typical audio CD. Acceptable cost ($25). APA March 2021
