Very cheap, had to use bolt cutters to remove the lock.
I am very dissatisfied with these locks. We have these locks to lock our rooftop cargo hold for the trip we were planning to take. After one day of our trip we had to get into the truck, we tried to open the locks but it didn't work! We tried for at least an hour, taking turns rattling the lock, trying to open it, eventually my husband had to go to the house store and get bolt cutters so we could remove this lock from our carrier.
