I was a little afraid this would be a bad version of the stock tailgate booster. But for over 1/4 the price I went for it. Hardware is good and finishes are good. Didn't feel like a bad product at all. The OEM version is over $700, and I wasn't particularly interested in that price. This is a very good version and for the price it seriously can't get any better. The OEM version has a cut out where the Jeep emblem is and the two visible screws are black, this one is silver. It is not so. But I'm not interested in paying another $600 for a badge. Because this product can do everything the OEM does. You will not regret it. Watch the video and take your time. And have the right tools. That will not be a problem. EVEN. Buy a Synergy or other reliable fender. The ones that come with the kit are mediocre and difficult to install. But the money saved shouldn't be a problem.
