I bought this to reduce noise from my Onan Cummins Rv generator in a 1988 Vandura Conquest van. I originally intended to use it for the underhood heat shield, but I liked how thick and light it was and decided to give it a try for my generator set. That's great! This reduced the generator noise by at least half. It is very easy to work with and adheres very well to the metal frame of my generator. Definitely Revain's preformed automatic noise reduction, which I've already tried. You only have to be very careful when removing the backing of the paper, otherwise part of the adhesive could be torn off with it. Highly recommended and will definitely be ordering more.
