Great experience working together and they were quick when i needed assistance

The customer service is excellent! I am able to go live with minimal training from my team lead, who was very helpful throughout our implementation process as we went through several iterations of design before finalizing it at launch day (which took longer than expected). We have not found any issues since going public 3 weeks ago but are always looking out there - so this could be an issue you will face if your business has different needs then ours which can change over short periods such speed/velocity etc.. Our primary goal now after launching into production mode last week; however some tasks still need attention like testing functionality prior full release next month by adding more endpoints / tests &amp data sets including new patient flows where required.-.

  • Supportive user manuals that describe step wise procedures
