The customer service is excellent! I am able to go live with minimal training from my team lead, who was very helpful throughout our implementation process as we went through several iterations of design before finalizing it at launch day (which took longer than expected). We have not found any issues since going public 3 weeks ago but are always looking out there - so this could be an issue you will face if your business has different needs then ours which can change over short periods such…

I like how easy it is to use, even with limited IT knowledge or experience! It has helped us streamline our billing process by providing many different options of payment types (including credit cards) as well an online portal where we can upload all patient information at once instead using multiple spreadsheets each month/week etc.. There are some features missing such as not being able integrate certain medical equipment companies which would be great if they could add those into their…

Easy-to-use Customer Relationship Management Software

It is very easy to use, has great support team with excellent knowledge base of all modules available. The UI could be improved but overall it's pretty good product from my perspective as an end user (and not developer). I would recommend this software if you are looking into CRM/RX solutions which will help your organization improve its customer experience by providing better patient service and more accurate billing process.
