Perfect for my use.

Works as advertised. I live in a 32 foot trailer with 12 volt lights and a heater. I'm offline and have a very large 24 volt battery with an inverter that puts out 120 volts AC. The original AC/DC converter drew 13 amps of DC current continuously with no load. With this device I was able to get around this and convert 24 VDC to 12 VDC without drawing any idle current.
