And just yesterday, January 27, 2022, I received an email and SMS notification from Michelin that the claim was approved and the new tire would be shipped after the dealer provided a photo of the denatured tire. I turned to the store - but they tell me, no, communicate directly with Michelin, we have nothing to do with it. I called the hotline again, saying the complaint numbers: FT_TC132586, FT_TC132585, FT_TC132584, FT_TC132583. The girl told me that the complaints were approved, but further movement would only be after the dealer provided a photo of the denatured tire. Looking forward to further developments.
