What should I do? The answer to the hotline was this: Take it to the store where you bought it, or to an accredited tire center on sh. Enthusiasts, then the tires will be sent for examination. We do not provide compensation, we do not have a replacement fund.
Today is January 28, 2022, almost 3 months have passed since I submitted the first set of curved rubber for examination. And just yesterday, January 27, 2022, I received an email and SMS notification from Michelin that the claim was approved and the new tire would be shipped after the dealer provided a photo of the denatured tire. I turned to the store - but they tell me, no, communicate directly with Michelin, we have nothing to do with it. I called the hotline again, saying the complaint numbers: FT_TC132586, FT_TC132585, FT_TC132584, FT_TC132583. The girl told me that the complaints were approved, but further movement would only be after the dealer provided a photo of the denatured tire.
