I originally gave two stars because I couldn't get mine to work properly. It really bothered me that I couldn't get it to work properly and figured it must be me. I really was. I kept working on it and figured out how to use it properly. Once I figured it out, this thing works amazing. My only complaint is that there are no clear instructions, or at least I didn't have any. It may be obvious to many people how to use it, but not to me. Step One: Use either of the two small holes to adjust the depth for the tip you want, either very sharp or blunt on the tip. Drop the cord to the bottom of the hole, then slide the neck holder until it touches the top of the device. Once the depth is set, remove the device. Step Two: Simply insert the tip of the holder into the large hole and twist until you are happy with the tip. I know! Light. It took me a little time to understand. This device is worth the money.
