Our CEO likes the fact that he can pull up his patient's test results right from the scheduling screen, so he can schedule labs or procedures before seeing the patient. He also likes the fact that he can see what tests his patients are overdue for, and where he needs to re-order their medications. He does not like the fact that HCS Interactant doesn't provide any sort of customer service. He wants a sales rep that knows how to use HCS Interactant, and has experience in healthcare.
