Does everything I need

I have had several retractable leashes but I have seen several trainers advise against using them when teaching a dog to walk alongside you. This leather leash was the perfect replacement. I use it in a 4 foot configuration when my dog wears heels. 8 feet when sniffing and playing. It also features a free-moving ring that allows you to clip the leash around your waist for hands-free walking the dog. I use it occasionally and it works great. Instead of a belt, you can also use this ring to attach your leash around a tree or lamppost. Very convenient.
