Wasn’t expecting much but it turned out great.
Well it actually worked perfectly on my 09 135i. Just pop the ring off and the start module will slide out. Careful not to lose the two little rubber boots. I bought a precision pick set from harbor freight and used that to pop off the old one and the new one fit perfectly. Despite what some reviews say there is no adhesion required. Peace and happy motoring.
