Favorite since high school
This is my favorite for sketches, I love extremely simple sketchbooks, but the main thing is that they haven't changed inside and in design. Since I like consistency, this is a winner. The paper is smooth but not as thick as high quality printer paper, thin but not too thin, smooth and most importantly not translucent. (My favorite sketchbook of all time is the Canson XL Mixed Paper Block, which has a lot fewer pages but much better paper.)
